BBSI employs some 50–60 staff all year round, a diverse range of both academic and administrative positions. A number of temporary teaching positions become available annually during the summer months July-September, and from time to time BBSI has vacancies as either temporary or permanent, part-time or full-time positions. Teachers of English as a Foreign Language
BBSI is interested to hear from CELTA-trained graduate teachers with a
minimum of 2 years’ classroom experience.

Senior Teachers of English as a Foreign Language
BBSI is interested to hear from graduate teachers trained up to the level of
DELTA with a minimum of 3 years’ classroom experience and evidence of career
commitment.

Specialist teachers of English for Special Purposes
BBSI is interested to hear from appropriately qualified specialist teachers
who have a background in a professional field. Examples of fields in which BBSI
conducts specialised courses are Management, Human Resources, Logistics,
Marketing, Public Relations, Finance, Accounting, Law, Tourism, Hospitality
Management, Sciences, IT, Computer Skills, Teacher Training, Military and
Aviation.
Summer Teachers of English or Business English
BBSI is interested to hear from CELTA-trained graduate teachers with a
minimum of 2 years’ classroom experience, who are looking for teaching work
for 8 to 12 weeks during the period July-September. For Summer 2011, term
dates are 27 June to 16 September 2011. If applying, please include your
availability. Help with accommodation can be arranged.

Academic positions. BBSI has a policy of encouraging career progression and development through its range of positions of special responsibility. Academic staff have access to a programme of Continuous Professional Development (CPD), which is run by the academic management team. BBSI provides support and commitment to academic staff to enable them to further their CPD by means of in-service training, peer training, regular observation and feedback, and through furthering their qualifications.
Administrative Positions. The BBSI Administration Department is managed by the Administration Manager. The BBSI administration staff are responsible for all aspects of administration within the School, including enquiries, enrolments, student welfare, accommodation, airport transfers, academic administration, secretarial and Reception duties.
