Summer Course in Marketing & Business Skills
BBSI, a highly accredited Business College and English Language School in the UK, offers a short, summer certificate course in Marketing and Business Skills which is conducted at our Summer School in Bournemouth, UK.
The BBSI summer course in Marketing & Business Skills is a study programme of 30 lessons (22.5 hours) weekly. The course is designed for those with a minimum English language level equivalent to IELTS [Academic] 5.5/CEFR B2, who wish to improve their specialised English and business skills. Training focuses on developing students' understanding of marketing concepts, vocabulary and skills, as well as professional communication skills. The course combines current marketing and business issues with targeted case studies. This course also includes 10 lessons per week in professional skills practice, aimed at developing more effective communication skills for the business environment. The teaching materials for the skills elements are largely authentic and are based on real-life case studies, designed to build confidence through activities such as discussions, role-plays and simulations. Participants with good attendance who complete all class work and assignments will be able to communicate effectively in English in a professional business environment, and will acquire a sound knowledge and understanding of marketing, advertising and public relations in an international context.
