Summer Course in Hospitality & Tourism
The BBSI summer course Hospitality & Tourism, is conducted at our English Language School in England.
Our summer course in Hospitality & Tourism comprises a study programme of 20 lessons (15 hours) weekly. The course is designed for those with an English language level equivalent to a minimum of IELTS 5.5, or CEFR B2, who require to improve their English in the context of hospitality management and tourism and their related fields. The course is modular in form and is ideal for those who need to function in English in an international environment and who have a work or study-related background in hospitality management, tourism, or related fields.

Course Structure & Content. Training focuses on the development of hospitality management and tourism skills and knowledge, and is designed to enable students to develop apropriate business vocabulary and communication skills. The course combines current hospitality and tourism issues and includes targeted case studies.

Learning Outcomes. Participants with good attendance who complete all class work and
assignments will be able to communicate effectively in English in a professional business environment in fields related to hospitality management and international tourism, and will
acquire a sound knowledge and understanding of the hospitality and tourism industries.
BBSI courses are carefully designed and structured at different language levels to enable international students to develop all 4 English language skills simultaneously, while developing their professional communication skills and professional knowledge in academic, vocational or professional context, in the specialised subject of their choice.
