Summer Course in International Business English

BBSI, one of the most accredited business colleges and English language schools in England, offers international professionals the opportunity to study English in England on one of our short summer courses: International Business English.

Our summer course in International Business English (IBE) is available in 2 study options; the 20-lesson (15 hour) weekly programme IBE20 or the 30-lesson (22.5 hour) IBE30 programme.  Designed in modular format, the courses are carefully structured to enable international professionals with an English language level equivalent to a minimum of IELTS 5.0 or CEFR B2, to improve their fluency and confidence in business English and communication skills.

Both IBE courses are work-orientated and topic-based, and offer a combination of English language, vocabulary and skills, as well as current business concepts.  Emphasis is placed on building students' ability to communicate across a broad range of business subjects, while those choosing the more intensive IBE30 option will have opportunities to practice more extensively through role-plays of meetings, business correspondence, telephoning and presentations.   The course is conducted around a bisy summer social and activitity programme.
