University Foundation Higher Certificate in Marketing, Advertising & PR

Bournemouth Business School International (BBSI), one of the most highly-accredited business Schools and English language colleges in England, offers international students the opportunity to study English in England while also studying marketing and business concepts, and acquiring the academic study skills required for undergraduate entry to a UK university degree programme.  Our University Foundation Higher-Certificate Course in Marketing, Advertising & Public Relations comprises 30 lessons (22.5 hours) weekly, and is carefully designed to enable students with an Intermediate level in English or above to prepare for university and also gain worthwhile English-language, business and marketing qualifications.

For those with the requisite high-school grades and a strong Intermediate level in English, we offer a 24-week Higher-Certificate study programme in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations that enables participants to develop their business, professional and academic skills to a more advanced level of proficiency in shorter time.  For those with a lower Intermediate level in English, the 36-week Diploma study option builds more gradually in intensity and specialisation and places more emphasis initially on developing proficiency in academic English and study skills prior to the introduction of more advanced marketing and business training.  The course syllabus includes extensive IELTS Examination Preparation  and Academic Study Skills

Both study options facilitate undergraduate entry to a UK university, and successful students will gain both BBSI and NCFE awards.  The course is conducted around a busy social and activity programme.

UK University Placement Service.  S
tudents are provided with extensive counselling and guidance in all aspects of study at UK universities, and are given full assistance with the UK university application process.  All Foundation students who successfully complete their course are assured of a university place prior to graduation from BBSI.
