Business English Courses

Bournemouth Business School International (BBSI) offer Business English Courses to international students giving them opportunity to study Business English in England, while acquiring a sound basis in business communication skills, essential business skills and current business concepts. Students can also acquire important Business English qualifications. We offer a choice of 2 Business English courses:

Communication & Business Skills (4-12 weeks)
Business English Mini-Group (1-4 weeks)

Communication & Business Skills. Our Certificate course in Communication & Business Skills is carefully designed to enable international students at an Intermediate level of English or above to gain a useful grounding in business English and professional communication skills, and also acquire one of a range of different University of Cambridge ESOL qualifications, the First Certificate in English (FCE), the Certificate in Advanced English (CAE), or the Business English Certificate (BEC).

Business English Mini-Group. Our year-round Certificate Course in Business English is is designed for participants with a minimum English-language level of IELTS 5.0/CEFR B1, with a limited time to study.  The course is built around real-life business contexts, discussion, and practice of professional scenarios.  The core study programme comprises 20-lessons (15 hours) weekly of mini-group study. However, participants can opt for additional, supplementary language studies, in the form of tailored individual training.  

Our training methods are functional and practical, and a wide range of effective teaching methods is utilised to suit different types of learner. Our interactive techniques stimulate interest, inspire motivation, increase the efficiency of the learning process and achieve the highest possible levels of retention. All course options are conducted around a busy social and activity programme.
